In Honor of it being Tax Day, and the fact that I am still working on my taxes at the eleventh hour, I am running a Tax Day Special!

What to Wear Wednesday | Central Florida Family Photographer

Starting today, at least every other Wednesday, hopefully EVERY Wednesday posting some ideas for my clients on what to wear. Its one of the most common questions I get.

And because most of the country is literally buried in water or snow while we have mid-80 degree temps this week, I thought I would put together some warm, SUNNY, family outfits!

What to wear Wednesday Tampa Family Photographer

I am trying to be a better blogger.. whats one more thing to add to my day? ;) No seriously, I have been wanting to add a “what to wear” section to my website for a long time.

Clients are always asking me to help them style their session and trust me I love to help spend other people’s money!

Too many families want white shirts with jeans, and while thats okay, trust me its way over done and not that exciting. There are so many possibilities out there!

Complimentary colors are  best and not to matchy matchy! Everyone can coordinate without looking like twins! Start with one outfit you love, and build a wardrobe from there!

If you ever need help preparing for your family’s session please don’t hesitate to let me know! I love to help!

Here is a great color palette to start you off!  Start with one outfit and go from there.

Misc Ramblings of a Tampa Photographer

You may have noticed my website is empty of images! Well, after losing my blog and my website and having a lifesaving friend work tirelessly to get me back online, I decided to start from scratch. My website had not been updated in quite some time and I really feel like many of the images on my site were not characteristic of my work anymore. (the blog is more recently updated, though I need to get better at it)

In light of these musings, and in anticipation of some fabulous new things in store for Contemporary Captures, (shh.. still a secret), I decided to have a new “Couture” Line of collections and pricing for a Limited Time Only! This is a fabulous time to give Contemporary Captures a try if pricing has always kept you on the fence. Feel free to email me with any questions! :)
